Who processes your data

What data we collect

Only what you enter into the contact form yourself: your full name, your email address, your phone number if you leave one, the text of your message, and the type of enquiry you choose. If you reached the form from a product page, the name of that category is passed along with the enquiry.

We collect no other data about your visit — this site uses no tracking cookies, has no analytics, and builds no profile of its visitors.

Why we collect it

Only in order to answer your enquiry and, if it comes to that, to prepare a quotation or arrange a service visit. We do not use your data for marketing, we send no newsletter, and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, together with steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

How your message is delivered

The message is sent as an email and arrives in our team's mailboxes. It is not stored in any database on this site — the site has no database.

We use the Resend service (Resend Inc.) as a processor to deliver email. The data you entered into the form passes through that service, solely in order to send the message to us and the confirmation to you.

How long we keep it

We keep the correspondence for as long as the exchange about your enquiry continues, and for as long as is needed to meet any obligations arising from it. Enquiries that do not lead to work together are deleted from the mailboxes no later than one year after the last message.

Your rights

At any time you may ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to withdraw your consent. Simply write to us at office@smiz.rs — we act on such requests without delay.

If you believe we are not processing your data in accordance with the regulations, you have the right to contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
